The Rising Leader Program is built around five core competencies that form the foundation of influential leadership.
 
These five competencies - the 5Cs - are what allow leaders at every level to show up with purpose, engage others and lead real progress. I call it my 5C coaching model.

How the program works

The program is a high-impact coaching journey designed to help you grown in both confidence and competence. It is grounded in the latest neuroscience and leadership research.

It is structured, personalised and grounded in real-world leadership challenges. This is not a course. It is a development experience.

Rising Leader Profile (ILP)

Complete a robust assessment of your leadership competencies with actionable feedback on the key traits that drive business impact. We will review your profile in a dedicated 90-minute session, highlighting strengths, growth areas, and priorities for your coaching journey.

Objective & Key Results (OKR) Setting

Together, we identify 1-2 focus areas aligned with your goals and current challenges. These guide the coaching journey and connect your learning with real outcomes.

Rising Leader Coaching

Regular one-to-one coaching sessions focused on your specific goals, challenges and opportunities. These sessions help you apply what you learn in real time.​

Pocket Coaching (optional)
On-the-go support via WhatsApp or Signal. Giving you direct access for quick guidance between sessions, so leadership support is always within your reach.

You'll receive guided reflection prompts, a leadership field book and short tools to help integrate the work between sessions.

About me

I am an internationally experienced leadership expert, executive coach and change consultant.

 

I bring more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams thrive in complex and rapidly changing environments.

 

As a former corporate leader and managing director of a global communications agency, I understand first-hand the pressures leaders face today.

 

My coaching combines deep leadership insight, advanced research in neuroscience and stress, and a practical understanding of how influence is built and sustained.

 

I am known for my authentic and grounded style, helping leaders develop both the mindset and the competencies to lead with greater clarity, resilience and impact.
