The five competencies of influential leadership
This is a tailored journey of self-discovery and development. A journey of learning, unlearning, and relearning about yourself and others.
​
We will start with your context (mandate, market, culture, timing) and stay in contact with what's real for you and your stakeholders.
​
Through my work with senior leaders across industries and cultures, I've identified five competencies that set truly influential leaders apart. I call it my 5C's framework: Connect, Care, Communicate, Coach, and Change. ​​

These competencies are not innate. Although some leaders start with these competencies more developed than others. Often shaped by upbringing. If your home felt less safe, feeling safe in yourself can be harder. In that case, you don’t “push through”; you build secure bases elsewhere and grow from there.
While this program isn’t therapy, it weaves in proven practices that help leaders in these situations: grounding and breath work to steady the nervous system, clear boundaries that protect focus, repair conversations that rebuild trust, and simple rituals that reinforce safety.
We anchor this in Kohlrieser’s “Care and Dare” which is high care (a secure base) paired with high challenge (real stretch). The result: you strengthen your own secure base and become one for others. ​When you strengthen all five competencies of my model, you build a foundation for a way of leading that is felt in the room and seen in the results.

I am an internationally experienced leadership expert, executive coach and change consultant.
