• You engage in 1:1 or team coaching

• You sign up for our newsletter or free resources

• You purchase a product or service

• You contact us via our website or email

We may also receive data through collaborations with partner organizations (e.g., coaching via your employer).

We use your information to:

• Provide and manage coaching and consulting services

• Maintain communication and respond to inquiries

• Comply with legal and professional obligations

How we store your information
Your information is stored securely using password-protected digital systems and, where applicable, locked physical storage. We keep:

• Client notes for five (5) years, then delete them securely

• Contact and billing data is reviewed annually and deleted if no longer needed

• Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion

 

Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

• Request erasure of your data in certain cases

• Restrict or object to processing in specific circumstances

• Request data portability to another provider or yourself

You will not be charged for making a request. We will respond within one (1) month.
