I offer a range of interactive workshops designed to spark insight, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen leadership impact. Whether you're exploring sabotaging thoughts in The Inner Game, navigating relational dynamics through the Triads method, or unlocking the power of storytelling, each workshop creates a powerful space for reflection, connection, and practical growth. These are just a few examples!
The Inner Game workshop at the Play in Business event. How annoying they are: those sabotaging thoughts, while you actually like to think positively, right? They have more influence than you think. Do you recognize any of these statements? ⚡ "I'd better avoid this conflict, maybe it will resolve itself." ⚡ "I take the lead, otherwise things will go wrong." ⚡ "It's always the same with you, can't you do better?" ⚡ "I'll just do what he wants, then he likes me." These are just a few examples of sabotaging thoughts. They get in the way of positive feelings and positive relationships. We call these thoughts Inner Saboteurs. In this workshop you will learn that you can bend the above statements into much finer reactions: ❇️ "Let's have a conversation; I'd love to hear your perspective." ❇️ "I can learn a lot from their approach if I let others take the lead." ❇️ "It's okay for me to have some compassion for myself; I'm doing my very best." ❇️ "I choose for myself and show the other person that the result is also good." If you continue to pay attention to what you have experienced, you will experience that your well-being is positively influenced. I've been leading this workshop together with René de Leijer for 40 participants. We jointly created The Inner Game in 2023. This workshop can be adjusted and is suitable for teams starting with 5-6 people up to larger groups. This workshop can also be turned into a key note speech at a conference.
Exploring team relationships within Saint Gobain. This workshop is designed to generate insights, deep awareness and understanding of all colors used in the method Triads. In a fun, explorative and challenging way. We aim to transform your team relationships. Create a bigger sense of belonging. Create awareness for how everyone is valued in this team and is part of this team. In terms of leadership, what team members leave behind because of their leadership. In this team, their own team and perhaps even widening their understanding of leadership by embracing different ways. I've been leading this workshop for the Saint Gobain Leadership Team Central Europe together with my Spanish colleague Marisa Vara. This workshop takes one full day and requires an individual briefing with each participant beforehand.
Tell better stories workshop for JDE Peet's. This workshop was designed for HR Leaders to understand the power of storytelling and teach them a methodology to tell better stories themselves. I've been leading the workshop for the HR Leadership Conference of JDE Peet's. I was supported by Silvan Bouman who created simultaneously visuals of the relevant content. This workshop can be turned into a key note speech at a conference or can be easily adapted for any other leadership conference.
