The Collaborative Team Framework

I work with a practical five-part framework that focuses on what matters most for team collaboration. It is simple. Actionable. Grounded in your team's real dynamics. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

​The framework is designed to surface the hidden patterns that help or hinder team performance. It gives your team a common language to talk about how you work and a practical way to improve it. By looking at these five areas together, teams gain a 360° view of their strengths, habits, and collaboration gaps. This isn’t about fixing individuals. It’s about raising the quality of how you function as a team.  

Built on the Team Operating System

The Collaborate Better Together program is based on the same foundation as my work with leadership teams: the Team Operating System.

 

While leadership teams typically work across all five zones of the Team Operating System, this program focuses on the three zones that matter most for everyday team performance:

  • Inner - self-awareness and personal responsibility 

  • Relational - how we communicate and connect

  • Delivery - how we plan, prioritize, and execute

I intentionally leave out the Stakeholder and Systemic zones. These areas are more relevant to leadership teams. This means your team can focus on what it needs most: better collaboration, communication, and results. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

About me

I am an internationally experienced leadership expert, executive coach and change consultant.

 

I bring more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams thrive in complex and rapidly changing environments.

 

As a former corporate leader and managing director of a global communications agency, I understand first-hand the pressures leaders face today.

 

My coaching combines deep leadership insight, advanced research in neuroscience and stress, and a practical understanding of how influence is built and sustained.

 

I am known for my authentic and grounded style, helping leaders develop both the mindset and the competencies to lead with greater clarity, resilience and impact.
