I look for a valuable way of supporting teams to improve their relationships, productivity, performance and realize their full potential.
I help C-level executives, senior leaders and entrepreneurs feel clearer about who they are, what drives them, and how they lead. Helping them work through assumptions, bias and self-limiting beliefs. I combine real presence and listening with a grounded psychological understanding and can draw from many years of business and leadership experience. My style is challenging but gentle: I’m direct, honest, and ask questions that others may avoid. I take a maximum of five executive clients per year.
Leadership Development Programs
In specific circumstances it can be helpful to focus on developing leadership skills through a group training program. Before I commit myself to any leadership development program, I'd like to be crystal clear about the desired outcomes and learning objectives in order to make a longer lasting impact. It's essential to embed the program into the organization, its culture and have full support of top management.
During my career, I've trained 1.000+ leaders and professionals in more than 18 countries. Leaders are going to need increased emotional, relational and social intelligence. Many of my training programs are focusing on these essential leadership skills integrating my experience in leadership communications, key message delivery and storytelling where appropriate
International Workshop Facilitation
I help clients drive their team agenda by facilitating leadership and management team meetings anywhere in the world. This can be an in person meeting, online or even in a hybrid form. I will help leaders get clarity of what they want to get out of the meeting, develop an agenda together and facilitate the meeting. This way the team can really stay focused on their desired outcomes and continue to build their team relationships.
During my career, I had the great pleasure of facilitating over 100+ international workshops ranging from small groups (10-15 people) up to 180 participants.
